This texture was generated in Filter Forge, a Photoshop plugin that allows you to create your own filters.
Creates grids based on parallel or perpendicular noise distortions.
Choose from transparent, solid color, or two-color gradient background. Set the colors for your background. Controls for rotation of background gradient, background gradient style, and background gradient repeat.
Default is parallel noise, or use the checkbox for perpendicular noise. Set the interference angle to make subtle changes to your grid. Set a grid type for the overall style of your grid, then adjust the result with sliders for the coarseness or fineness of the grid, plus x and y adjustments for further variation. There is also a slider for the grid hue.
Finally, set the reflectivity, reflection blur, and metallic values for your desired surface attributes. Be sure to experiment with your lighting as well.
Have fun! :)
