Description

This frame might be useful to use on invitations, notecards or in scrapbooking. It produces a border that resembles confetti, the contents of the frame can be adjusted to totally clear or opaque. The controls on the borders are fun to play with as you can see from all the presets that I made. :-) I tested and it fits both square and rectangular shapes, just make sure 'proportional' is unchecked on a rectangular shape.
