Description

This filter allows you to blend blur effect from several directions either normally or with a distort that you control. When the final blend components are done then you can choose to add detail back to the photo while retaining the blur effects


the blend is controled randomly by noise components to reduce control ammounts

Controls

angle – the base angle to start with (this uses 6 blend sections offset by 60 degrees
smooth –how sharp the blends are
blur radius –the ammount of blur desired
directional – how directional the blurs are
distort Y/N –after the blur has occured do you want to distort the blurs
distortion –the extent of distortion
stretch distortion– if the distortion is stretched or not
blend order– this allows you to choose what the final blend order will be
sharpen blur–sharpen the blureing detail
add detail back –useing a sharpend component with an overly this allows you to add fine detail back to the photo without loosing the blur completly
