Description

A simple filter that tries to emulate HDR Lightining Effect.Works nice with photos and illustrations, helps to bring some life to the colors. I made it to use with some manga stuff that I'm working with, to give it that high-budget anime feeling to things.If you have any suggestions, just drop me an e-mail!
