Description

This is a general purpose iris texture generator, for use in original artwork, 3D texturing, or as a snippet in a new eyeball filter.The filter includes three color bands (both foreground and background). The inner band is the area around the pupil, the mid band is the body of the iris, and the rim is the outer edge. There are numerous other sliders to adjust the appearance of the iris to taste. Use the "Seamless Tiling" checkbox to prevent a vertical seam at the top of the iris.Thanks to the work of byRo and uberzev for the Spherify part of the Spherify/Un-Spherify uberEDITION v3.1 snippet. This was used to "spin" the stretched noise texture, and provide the distinctive iris appearance.
