Description

This filter simulates chalk drawing on a black or colored chalkboard from images and photos. You can also get a Black Velvet Painting effect by reducing the stroke length and using Black for the board color.

notes
- using 100% black as the board color will not give any texture on the board.
-Shading Theshold must have a higher value than Solid Board to see a visible difference
-use antialias to soften the effect
