Description

This filter is an approach to a full rotation. Results will vary with larger images other than the default size. But still works and looks cool.
This filter uses part of 90 degrees rotate by Quasimondo.

HOW TO USE THIS FILTER:
The Degree Selector has 4 settings.
1=0-90 degrees
2=90-180 degrees
3=180-270 degrees
4=270-360 degrees
These are the settings that work the best. The image can be set at other degrees. For instance at setting1 50 degrees can be set but it won't respond to the zoom as well as it should.

The Rotate Zoom A and B sliders are for the rotate and zoom funtion. These are used in conjunction with each other to rotate and zoom the image.
