Description
Radial or Zoom Blur Effect - Middle of blur can be moved to generate starburst effects too. The point where the blur converges also has a mark which allows a selected area of the original images to come through. The shape of this area can be configured and feathered to balance the effect with the original. Large step values give image echo effect.
