Thanks... smile:D

Too bad about the 'Shell end' control though (makes the randomize quite useless). I tried to automate it but the eventual maximum size is controlled by 'Swirl', 'Swirl spacing' and 'Ribbed shell', and these do so in a non linear way. You can get far by mapping one control to the L of an 'Assemble HLS' and remapping that with the other controls. But it got a bit too complicated smile:p

Congrats on the EP!

Looks like 'proof of concept' type filters that showcase the versatility aspect of FF are becoming 'en vogue' with the editors lately... smile;) smile:D

Love the filter, only slight concern is with the lip of the shell, doesn't seem to blend well, but again wonderful filter. smile:D

I'll work some more on the lip.

And correct bumpmap: you mean you want the inner side of the spiral lighter right?

Here's another chocolate ammonite smile:dgrin:

Not only, look:

"relief" (dark) line of the inner spiral on the shell must be lighter.

The inner side was made lighter by removing one of invert components.

I'm about to update: I changed the lip, the bump map and added the snippets in the description. I just want to put in some nicer presets. Do you think I should change the default preset? I was thinking of giving the default one some more vivid colors.

I like the default. And I would save it as one of presets if You decide to change.

Anyway - DON'T use the image which you have posted here smile:D

Ehr... what are deelie-bobbers? (english is not my native language)
I did a search in Google images but I don't think FF wants that in a filter.

... well I changed the preset to this, and kept the old one in the first eight of the presets.

Kraellin,

That winking smiley better mean what I think it means, or I may have to kill you. ;-P

And no, I haven't seen the season ender. We're actually quite a bit behind, because of vacation and the fact that we're watching with friends every Friday, rather than just plowing through them all on our own.

Perfect example of usage FF in 3D. Not a new idea, but would be nice to start the FF's Gallery, where will be shown featured projects created with FF.

there's no reason any of you cant start a 3d gallery of FF works. just use the User Gallery forum and start a thread. you could then ask FF to make it a sticky.
