Setting up the images to use with this filter:
I snapped two pictures of the plant..One photo is used for the green/blue channels and the other photo I moved the camera slightly horizonal to get a different angle. This one is used for the "red" channel.
Then bring both photos into a graphics app and composite these into one image and place them side by side...So that if your original image is 6x7 it will now be 12x7..The width will always be doubled leaving room for both images in this one image.....If you are applying this effect in PS the layers need to be flattened first...Heres what the image looks like.....

Now open that newly save image into FF..The last 6 presets are set-up for non-square images. Upon opening the image and using this filter there will be some parts of the image that are not needed and are leftover due to the use of the offsets. So I tend to move the image to the middle so its easier to adjust. Use the other controls for red channel...It always helps having the red/blue glasses on when adjusting the filters effect...Once you get it the way you like simply save the result and crop it in your favorite graphics app....Heres what that image looks like...

boy, that final image there, CF, has none of that telltale red or blue showing. very nice! smile:)
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
