My evil twin does all the metal and glass smile:dgrin: .....so it pretty much says that the devilish side of me is out most of the time smile:D LOL....

I have several other different types of "haze" effects that I will post after finishing glass.....sometime next year smile:D LOL.....

Carl, like I said, I have a mod of this that I thought you might like to use in new versions of your "Atmosphere" filters..... smile:)

Hehehe Your files must be busting at the seams with filters by now....

Isn't that the truth!!

I'm a nut for friends filters and also filters from newbies. Friends filters are my fav's.

This filter here happens to be a kind of filter that reminds me of xero's filters. And those were some of my 'most' used. In fact I just took this filter for a test drive and have it in my favorites list. (Along with some others of yours).

The image I am using is from an 1897 Readers Book. I'll include the URL so that your guests can use the images with this filter (if they want).

http://pircnet.com/inkart-001.html

I didn't use a preset so here are my settings:

Transparency 9.21
Minimum 2.82
Maximum 51.42
Blend Modes 3
Blur 71.84
Reflection Blur 26.64
Color Shift 58.53
Saturation 31.85

Size, pixels 333.24

First the plain black and white... ((No filtering))

Wow!!! That's really quite good!!! I never thought of using it to create sepia effects on B&W line art.....excellent!!! smile:)

Okay, since you are much better at exploiting the potential of my filters than I am......I'm just going to give them to you when I finish them smile:D LOL.....

Thank you oh so much for showing me that.....much appreciated!!! smile:)

I'll take a peak at the color shift......I believe it works.....just no color to shift on a B&W, monotone, or dualtone......I'll check it out and see what I can do smile:)

Oh nice image!!! smile:D

This filter is fun~

No color shift won't work on a black and white, but whit a hue map in there it should have been able to change the hue of the sepia tone. It should be easy enough to fix. If adding one will change the filter then don't add one... only if it can be added with no loss because the filter is perfect~ smile:D

And LOL... yep,,, Pretty please if you can~

smile:blush: Oh Steve you are right---> nothing wrong with that slider. I used it on other images this weekend and it worked like a charm. Pilot error ----> now I know better when it comes to black and whites but the sepia tone was throwing me off. Works just fine on a regular image.

Welcome back Carl~

LOL This time I got to be wr..wr.. wrong. smile:D smile:D smile:D

I found that by scaling down the actual photo it brings the art to the front. I think I'm going to use that technique more but did want to share how easy that was to do with others. Gives a nice professional look to the comparison.

My hubby designs with that. He draws it up and others make it. He's very very good with AutoCad.

Well I did get the filter done that I'd been working on-----> finally. I wanted to get caught up on posts then I'll head back to start another filter.
