This is a very interesting and useful filter, and like much how this has been done and can have many different uses.

Well done, congratulations for the idea.

I have made an example here of what I could do with this

I applied the stickers pattern with black border reducing the size pixels to a previous made image

Then after in Photoshop I selected all the white inside of the stickers and filled them with a black and white cracking paint texture as shown here below

Also could be made for a tiny pattern texture reducing much more the size pixels until having a filling of very tiny stickers and then after select all the inside of the stickers shapes and fill them with a color texture.

And here is in close up detail

All the above have been done using the Preset 6 and ONLY changing the black border color and reducing the size pixels setting.

And with Rainbow colored filling using the Smooth Spectrum by uberzev

First I made the renders of your stickers, and saved it and then after made the spectrum texture and selected then all the white inside the stickers and then made a layer cut with them selected.

And got this shown below

And then join both textures with the Fabrics filter by garbanzo that includes a tye & dye rainbow spiral that I have applied with blend modes in Photoshop

And then changing the black to white borders (using a full filled white color layer with difference blending mode) and adding also this way a white overlay overall.

Here is my last and final test on this taking out all the backround texture and leaving only the Fabric tye&dye texture and Mardar´s stickers on white and mixed both with blend modes and got this below

I want to thank to Mardar for this filter, and also to garbanzo for his fabric filter shown here

And also to uberzev for his smooth spectrum snippet shown here
