How do I install the Filter Forge 3 Libary?

 I just installed Filter Forge 3 and paid for and downloaded the Filter Forge Library. I tried to replace the Filter Forge 3 folder in my home folder/Library/Application Support, but FF3 just freezes. Could someone tell me how to install the full Filter Forge Library instead of the few filters that come with FF3? Also, the download page for the zip file shows an incorrect certificate.

I also tried to replace the library that a new install of FF3 creates with my FF2 library but that also freezes? Any suggestions on how to do that. BTW, "My Favorites" has also disappeared in my FF2 application. Any ideas?
