Got a message today saying that the version was out of date and I need to get the most recent version here... Version 3?

Nope, stopped working. Now, I'm getting the message again when trying to download a filter from the browser or calling from Photoshop. The only way it works is by calling as stand alone. I've already removed and installed over, but didn't solve.
Any idea what can be wrong? Please, check also this thread. |

Please provide more details: what message? what Filter Forge version and platform?
Do you use the same version (FF1/FF2) as a standalone app and as a plugin? |

"What message?" The same as Redcap posted above, it is "This program version is outdated and cannote be used anymore. Please download a newer version from www.filterforge.com". So, I have downloaded and installed the latest version 2.003 that you've posted the link and as I informed above, now, I'm getting the message again when trying to download a filter from the browser or calling from Photoshop. "what Filter Forge version and platform?" FF 2.003, on a PC platform. "Do you use the same version (FF1/FF2) as a standalone app and as a plugin?" I've uninstalled the FF1 and now I got just FF2 in my computer and it is the same for Stand alone and plug-in. How could it be different to make this mistake of using different for plug-in and stand alone? |

Hi GMM, it was totally my mistake, due the link you have posted above to the beta, and I downloaded the older one instead because your link wasn't directing to the FF2 download page directly and I clicked on the first button which was for the FF1 and I did a little mess with FF2 and so on, so it was totally my fault. I do apologize!
Anyway here is a new report after installed all over and I'd like to update the situation here on my PC: - I got no more message when calling as plug-in or browser or standalone; - When calling from browser it is working ok - Anyway there is a little "bug" to check out. |
