Download counters broken?

I've just saw I've had the same download counters since December 15, at least. Checked some of the other new filters from other filtersmiths, and they also have "none". Even older filters still have the same count as they had almost two weeks ago.
Something broken?

I'm still having this issue with the download counter.
I know for sure that at least one of my filters has been downloaded in the past couple weeks yet none of the counters have changed.

I've checked a few of my filters, and none have had any new downloads for the past two weeks, still.

Uploaded December 15, I know a few friends from the dundjinni-forum (who got me into FilterForge btw), have downloaded it, and it still have zip-zero-none downloads.

There is a definite problem!

Wh ere have they gone ? A few days ago I commented that 15flipflop that his filter has been downloaded 220 times and now you can´t see any of the downloads count ?

Why send filters now if they are not going to count the downloads ?

Thanks ! But the problem is not fixed because, yes, we can see the downloads, but the counter is frozen : it doesn't count.

I am sorry, I did not know that you did not mean that there was NO download counters as happened before, and if the problem is that they do not count, is much difficult to see and test just watching, must make a test to know it.

I have gone to the filter library and surprise, surprise, is TRUE!!! ALL the filters uploaded since 21 November 2011 DO NOT HAVE A DOWNLOAD COUNTER !!!

Lord, the filter library/counters/ratings/etc. has been screwed up for years. Then again all ya havta do is erase your cookies, and you can get 60% off any time/all the time. So hey.

OK, is not important and I can wait, but there something strange, you said that wait until 11 that she will be back, BUT today is saturday 10, and tomorrow SUNDAY 11, so I do not think that she will be working on Sunday ? Or will she ?

I think that is 12 and not 11 where she will be back, and probably on the first day will be very busy.

The problem can be fixed (in 60%) deleting and refreshing the FF cookies ????

Works fine on my latest filter, even if it took FF a week or more to post it ha-ha.

Yeah well, it comes and goes. I wouldn't bother complaining about it, just email support. FF is FF, they usually get to it, they just seem to either be randomly lazy about certain things sometimes, or just have a different work-a-day schedule than other countries/companies ha-ha.

We've fixed the issue, the counters will update on schedule within several hours.

How often are the numbers supposed to be updated?
