I'll hope I can cheer in here too.
I just helped my son to change the FF-license he got from my HUs from PC to Mac (discovered that you cannot say what type of license you want when cashing in HUs, so I thought it would be the same type as the license I had). But Victoria has been great so far with all bug-reports I've sent her way // Totte - I never expected the Spanish inquisition |

Totte, sorry for the delay -- I'm right in the middle of sorting the weekend's emails to support.
Sent the new Mac key for your son a moment ago! |

What a great idea! I want to add my thanks here too. Good customer service is such a hard thing to come by these days. I am happy to say that the folks at Filter Forge have always answered my (many) questions promptly and with kindness, helped me fix mistakes I made and generally improved my faith in human kind
