Holy moly.....now, with FF running, all other programs automatically close on the first try to open them.....then they will stay open on the second try. All programs open and stay running properly on the first try with FF closed..... smile:?:

Anyone else experiencing any of this madness???

I uninstalled "PicLens" and everything is working fine again!!!

I hate to say it.....but for me, this incident highlights the instability of FF.....because the browser, Piclens, and my computer were working fine.....until I opened up FF and everything went to hell in a handbasket..... smile:?:

If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I have FF um.. obviously lol but I also have PicLens but then I downloaded it a month or so back when Dilla I think it was Dilla first mentioned it. Has had a few updates since then. Okay is 2.30am will get to the point, they ain't been fighting as far as I know, but I mainly use Mozilla Firefox, not internet explorer (unless its them odd sites that don't like Firefox).

Hope you figure it out Steve, gl.

I thought you didn't use IE???

Okay, here's the play by play.....

IE7 was the only program running.....downloaded and installed PicLens.....tested it out on the web and worked fine.....went to FF and worked fine.....closed browser.....opened FF and the editor cursor was stuck on grab (hand pointer) so I couldn't work on filters.....in trying to open other programs, they would come up for a second then close on their own, then stay open on the second attempt to open them.....FF wouldn't allow me to connect to their website, but I could get there if I opened the browser separately from FF.....then my comuter started to completely seize up, thus forcing hard shutdowns.....the task manager showed that IE, FF, and PicLens Active X programs were all fluxuating to max out CPU usage without the programs being open.....
