Can't Download Filters...?

 Hi all.
Yes, I have a valid license of FF and FF runs on my computer just fine...but when I try and download a filter an error message pops up and says I need to install FF.
I tried reinstalling but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

 try using the optional download method listed in the 'options'. that works for me.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
