I would like to add that it would be great to see an option in filterforge V2 that renders out ALL presets for all filters and creates a huge cache file (It couldn't be more than a few gigs) so you can instantly poke through filter presets at full speed.
I think this would be ideally implemented as a windows task that you could minimize to tray and leave going overnight (start the process at 2:00 am and go until 5:00 am every night until it's done).
Just my two cents.

KG, my filters alone take up 3 gigs on my machine, and that's not including the rendering of all the presets. it would take a year on my rig and take a separate terabyte harddrive If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hmm, my file is just under a 100mb but maybe it's not such a good idea for those that have a lot of filters downloaded.
Does anyone else have such a large file? I don't really understand how it gets that big for you Kraellin.

i never throw out an idea, KG, and with 20, 30, and even over 40 versions of a filter, sometimes, it adds up after a while now, that's also including presets, library filters, custom environments, normal environments and a few other related folders If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I had the presence of mind to save the filter to my favs but I have been unable to find the settings that I used!!! Could u please add the ability to a save a filter with my settings? Please!

You can save new presets. The little *arrow* icon on the upper right hand side of the *Presets* tab, just click and select *Add Preset*.

In the "File" menu under "Save image as..." we would have an option "Batch process..." where it would save at once the selected presets. Maybe it would open up a new window asking stuffs as Save Folder, File Format, File name string and sequence number.

YES, it would very good if FF could have a "Batch Process..." option in the File Menu and not ONLY do the renders with just the loaded imaged.
1 - It would be good to be able to apply a filter with same preset to a folder of images
2 - And also would be good to make a Batch Process of applying different presets of the same filter to the main image loaded.
3 - And if it would be possible to have, ALSO an option to be able to choose and select a group of filters and then apply all of them to a single image with the same preset. I mean I choose 10 different filters and want to batch apply all of them to the same image without having to open and load each image inside FF, render and then save it and repeat again the same with the next filter.

This is exactly what the batch renderer does. Still, would be nice to be able to do it from the main gui too.

Yep, that would be magnificent! Like a filter that just calls a list of filters. Would be very helpfull.
