Re-rendering Presets After Filter Edit

I have two suggested changes on how presets are re-rendered after a change in the filter editor.

One, when something like order of controls or filter description is changed in the filter editor, then the editor is closed, the presets go blank and re-render. Neither of the above changes affect the visual outcome of the filter, so they shouldn't cause the presets to restart.

Two, if a filter has presets, then one of the sliders is remapped in the editor, the presets adjust to the new range of the slider. Instead, the sliders should adjust themselves to match as close as possible the real value from before the change.
(ex. slider at 50, editor opened, slider remapped from 0-50, exit editor, slider still says 50 but actually inputs a 25, I would like it to still input a 50 (thus reading as 100).
