 I have started having problems when trying to open a filter from the website from FF 1 and 2

It brings up the above error which continues as:

failed with error code 0x0000005: Access Denied.

I cannot open any filters suddenly

I have installed Windows 7 recently but I "think" I have used FF since then with no problems but I am not sure.

Any ideas?

 I am having the same problem. This has never happened before. This is getting extremely frustrating.

 It was fine again for a while, and it's just started up again. I didnt change anything at all.
But I was in the middle of a project and needed to DL a filter and it popped up again, so I reinstalled it, restarted my PC, turned off all my anti virus software (despite the fact it had been fine with it before ) and it still wont let me download.

I wouldnt of thought it was my anti virus ( Norton ) because as I say it was running fine with that on for a week or so after I posted the above post... and now its back.

I will write to support as it is frustrating when your in the middle of a project (commercial) and your unable to proceed with it.

 Unfortunately we're unable to reproduce this. If someone could write down the actions that persistently cause the problem, please let us know.

 I also get this as soon as i click on the download filter option next to any filter on the website. I am on Vista - I have tried turning off my AV but the error still occurs.

The application works perfectly both standalone and in Photoshop otherwise, i just cannot download any filters from the website smile:(

Please help!!!!!
