Is it possible through scripting or otherwise to offer a drop down menu with all the layer blending modes as a control?

Unfortunately no as a dropdown list is not available as a control. So currently it is best to just have a regular Blend node and int slider.

With scripting you can code your own blend modes, i think it was going to be added as a standard function also which would make things much simpler. Again you would need a slider control however.

I also think FF definitely needs a dropdown list control.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I agree.A drop down control would be an excellent addition to FF.
Guess i will try and get it to work with check boxes.

Thanks again! smile:)

You can always just set up multiple blends with preselected blend modes and then hook them up with the switch to use only a selection of blend modes.

But I agree it would indeed be better with a list drop down with configurable labels and integers (indices).
