Filter Forge, 3D studio max 2009, Adobe Photoshop CS3
The idea was to have a room with a safe full of stacked coins, but in the end I had much more than only the safe.
I´ve been wanting to do a scene using only textures from Filter Forge for a while and because my trial license has expired I had to do this scene with only the maps avaiable in the filter galery.
I used 18 filters, most of them with normal and bump maps. It´s possible to see the wireframe of the scene in the "before" picture.
The render was done using mental ray.
Color correction was done in Photoshop.
