Author's Comments

- First I draw the contour lines with wacom pen in a separate layer.
- Than apply to photo, watercolor painting filter, noise cont. (0) and duplicate the layer.
- merged contour line layer and watercolor paint layer.
- apply Engraving filter with strength wave (0) and little brightnes.
- top over the other watercolor paint layer with screen blend option.
- merge all layer and desaturated all over.
- finally watercolor frame for paint look.
