FF, Adobe Photoshop CS4, Unreal Developement Kit
I use FF to create normal maps, AO and bump maps (this particular example does not use bumpmaping..), then i use Photoshop to do diffuse maps from photo sources, just two or tree layers, one for ground and one for stone (and one for general dirt..), then i quickly mask out the tiles, really dirty, doesnt need to be precise.. then i use AO on multiply over the painted texture.. thats it!
