With support from Intel Corporation, Filter Forge, Inc. would like to invite you to participate in a performance test of the latest Intel CPUs – Core i7 or Xeon 3500/5500 with the "Nehalem" architecture – compared to prior quad-core platforms. As you know, Filter Forge is built to fully utilize multi-core architectures, but Core i7 and Xeon 3500/5500 add Hyper-Threading to each physical core, which doubles the number of logical cores and threads available to multi-threaded applications. If you have a Nehalem-based computer and another computer with a quad-core processor of an earlier generation, you are welcome to participate!
