The name says it all: Filter Forge 6 allows you to rearrange presets via dragging and dropping them around the Presets tab. You can also select a bunch of presets via holding the Shift or Ctrl (or Cmd) key to move them at once.
Moving presets, like updating and deleting, is only enabled for presets added by the user (marked with a 'dog-ear'). Presets that come with all filters downloaded from the Filter Library are called 'factory presets' and are not editable.
