This filter is a generator of stylized Christmas tree. It can produce shining pine or not. Pine trees have a transparent background. But you can create transparency within the Christmas trees by adjusting the opacity. By 100 to opacity, the pine trees will be fully opaque. With 30% opacity, you'll get transparent on trees, so you can add the desired background color for the Christmas trees as needed.
