Description
I created this filter to change the texture and color of PNG pictures and photos such as a photo of a seashell or seahorse with a transparent background. It really makes some images come to life and bends the colors. This filter does a fairly decent job of creating transparency in the background for some images. You may get varied results depending upon the image you choose. It is still a work in progress; I wanted to share. Enjoy!
