It just kind of seemed like this might be the kind of thing Filter Forge ought to render. Note that these blood cells do NOT mimic real ones; but rather are an artistic depiction. (Real blood cells can be rather scientific and flat!) They don't have a 3D orientation...maybe Blood Cells II will!
