Description
This is my Two Hundred and Eleventh filter. I hope you like it and find it useful. This is a blending of my filter Photo FreakShow#4(Smudge Face) and part of a filter called Filter Forge Castles by Ramlyn. Thanx Ramlyn for your filter. This filter is pretty easy to use. The one thing you should know about this filter is that the more smudge trail you put on it the slower the render. Not really super slow, just slower. That's it really. The other controls are easy to understand.
