This filter gives your image the look of one of many variations of wet plate photography effects. There are so many looks that it cannot be made into one filter.....To use this filter a selection must be made....So open an image in your favorite graphics app and select the part of the image that you do not want to blur. Once this filter is open use the Selection Blur to smooth out the selections edges. Then use the Variation for different looks to the image...
