This is an adaptation of the great Plaster under attack filter, which in turn leveraged Nutsy's plaster filter. It's simplified and intended to simulate an aged and torn magazine or pulp cover. Large portions are borrowed from Nutsy and his fantastic plaster filter. Enjoy!
