Just a filter of patterns pavments that I put through motion blur, hue twice, blend HDR twice, sharpen twice,then into result and it came out really well if I do say so myself. Controls are, sharpen amount, sharpen radious, opacity, hue, motion blur radious, motion blur direction, motion blur angle.Now use the sliders carfully a bit at a time otherwise well you'll see.Play around and see what you get.
