Description
This filter works much better now it didn't before I'm sorry about that, The distortion works much better now as I added a second distotion component so foreground & background distortion move together and works properly.I took out the 2nd hue and lightness controls in the second hue component and put the hue & lightness controls in a third hue component so it works much better as a globel color change plus I adjusted the light and hue in the 3 hue components and the saturation 1& 2 for foreground and background glow I think work much better. I also put in levels controls as well. Sorry about the first one, this version is much better.My filter making leaves much to be desiered at best so for any that do not perform as I say, please tell me, I do check them and try them out but sometimes I miss things especially with what I write about the filters, the mind ticks over and the fingers can't keep up with the typing .Anyway I'll try to do better in future.
