Description
This filter Is a combination of Glow, distortions roughness and grunge with a painterly look and a water color look is possible as well. It works well and renders prity well, image size has a bit to do with it as I found out one day. Also the glow effect is as you would expect in the foreground and background but as well has saturation has hue and light controls for both too,hue and light is a bit tricky at first go but it does not take long to get a handle on it, of course color movement is also avaliable for you little people, I mean Gentle Folk. Plus as an added extra bounus I also included rotation and offset, just because I'm the kind of guy I am. .Hash tag, Smiley Face with teeth. remember with these kind of filters making smaller adjustments are better and therefore making it easy to get to your final finish.
