Description
Fill your image and background with twittle bits and do-dads. Just select File–New Image and put in the size of the background that you need. Now use the "Source" in the settings to load your image. An image with a transparent background works best."Size, pixels" controls the size of the twittle bits and the width of the outline on the image. "Variation" controls the placement of the twittle bits.
