Description
Simply cloudy colors 3. I made this filter a bit differently this time for clouds and you definately have to get used to it though it is pretty straight forward except for opacity as it is a blender and some controls will work less or not at all but it is worth it as the blend effect is good so at 50% all will work, anyway you will see and get used to the adjusment control. I also added a distortion component and motion blur component some good effeccts to be had. So only small adjustments till you get used to it. Also I made the control to texture angle & motion blur angle together as texture angle blur, in one control. There is a gaussian component and check box as well. The repeat works as a minor or slight adjustment change. All controls work. Hope it works for you if not at worst the presets have got nice colors.
