Description
This is a blend of two filters t. I DID NOT CREATE the filters used in this filter, and ONLY have blended the referenced filters into one.This one removes the Angry painter filter from the blend, which is a fairly processor intensive filter (I like the effects it gives though)I encourage you to download and explore each filter used. I hope you find this useful. A word of warning. I have a pretty strong machine (12 threads) I don't know what this will do lesser machines as far as processing time.Filters combined: Paint Hdrtist, Sketchy Painter. I acknowledge the authors of these filters.
