Description
This is my two Hundred and Eightieth filter. I hope you like it and find it useful. This is a modification of a snippet called "polar Distort" by CFandM. Thanx for your filter. There are three polar adjustment controls. Each one warping the image a bit differently depending on the position of the other two. There is also a rotate component marked Rotate Photo which gives extra coverage of the loaded image.
