Description
This Filter is a continuation of a cloudy view as I am trying to get it right the update was ok but then I found problems in it so I think now I have fixed those problems and made a few changes to the way the cloud works, plus now you get a whole lot more movement and I think it looks better.I left in the tint and saturation tint in case you used it before although I don't think I would, I change the free rectangle to free eclipse for the cloudy view and I think it works better and no bevel edges and so on, but still the cloud over centre view is still there and scalling cloud. See how you go.
