Description
This filter will add dust and fibers to a two-tone background color of your choice or to your images to give them added texture. The background color and style options simulate paper, but you could also use it on your own images to add texture to other paper textures and fabrics. You can even use it to grunge up photos. Thanks to raabix for providing the Dust Fibers snippet I borrowed from to build this filter.
