Description
We were forecast snow where I live and it's just not happened yet. So while I was waiting I made filter forge do some snowflake cutouts. This is a filter that creates magic paper snowflakes, I say magic because the laws of physics are blatently ignored with sections of paper occasionally not attached. They do look pretty though. This filter uses a stripped down vesion of Rachel Duins Hexaflower. The filter is grouped and noted so you can modifiy easily.
