Description
This filter has sliders to control various elements in the settings panel: Convert to Noise ––>> (also increases the drop size) More or Less Water (amount of water) Brightness (base image) Contrast (base image) Droplet Shading Invert the Drops Similar to Eye Candy's 'Water' filter; The droplets in this filter have a better transparency then the Eye Candy version (JMO). If you change your mind during your project and decide you do not want water droplets, this filter will convert the drops to a very fine noise (grain). And if you happen to be out Filter Forging; check out my other filters and... I have a friend who just loaded a 'Bubble Filter' if you want to have a look-see; it's by Kraellin. Enjoy~
