This filter is a simple filter that creates color trails that interact with the image.This filter has three controls. The "Hue" slider sets the color range for the color trails. Note: There will always be a two color combination. The " Pixie Dust Opacity" slider lets the user control the opacity of the color trails. The " Add Dreamy FX" slider adds a blurred Overlay to the image to give it a dreamy quality.
