The Rolly Rolly Color Stamp makes your images into colorful, dream-like artwork with glitter!This filter was actually made for a friend of mine who wanted colorful backgrounds of urban landscapes. Indeed, this filter actually makes the Tokyo cityscape look unexpectedly quite cool. Notes: "Smooth" kinda ruins the image with a bit too much gray. I frankly don't know how to solve this yet but I will eventually.
