Description
There are two techniques used in crafts that are designed to give depth and texture to the design. Antiquing is accomplished by covering the artwork with a solid color and then wiping most of it off to get an aged effect. Splatter is usually done by flicking a tooth brush loaded with paint at the image to give it a speckled texture. This filter tries to combine both of these techniques together so your images can have a crafty antique look. You can even add streaks to make it appear as if a rag has been rubbed across your image.
