Description
A relatively simple filter that generates something that reminds me of interconnected neurons. It generates random 'connections' and applies a hard glow effect to the stronger areas. This filter can be used to create a variety of related biological-looking effects (see presets for ideas). As with most filters, this can be used to generate seamless textured backgrounds.
