This filter takes a perfectly good image and makes a mess of it. It is kinda like sloppy painting with a cheap old brush. The paint doesn’t go where it is suppose to go. It can also smooth out the image enough that you cannot even recognize it. It’s just a simple little filter that can make terrible looking art. If that’s what you like.
