This filter is designed to simulate a rough hand-sketched drawing. "Distortion" and "Roughness" control this main effect.The "Full Color" option is best suited for crisp, solid-color vector graphics that you want to roughen up a bit; uncheck this option if you are working with photographs or rendered scenes.The "Background" and "Foreground" set of options are only used when "Full Color" is disabled, they control the appearance of the artwork before distortions are applied.The "Texture" set of options are a few (simplistic) paper textures you can apply after doing the main distortion. Set "Texture Depth" to 0 if you don't want to use this feature.
